How long will it take for me to sign up as a partner?
With our new automated registration, signing up as a retailer should take no more than 24hrs. Once activated you will have access to your own B2B portal allowing you to start trading as a Cyclescheme Partner store
Will we receive any point of sale?
Once you're all set up and ready to go, you'll receive a Cyclescheme welcome pack in the post within the next few days, plus you are able to order a full range of Cyclescheme POS directly from our B2B at any time.
Are there any training tools?
You have access to a retailer specific knowledge base from your B2B, which hosts over 80 articles covering topics such as certificate redemption, customer journey, payments and many more.
