1. The Promoter of this promotion is Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (company number 04155659) whose registered office is at Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD.
2. This prize draw is open to residents aged 18+ years old in the following territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland excluding employees of the Blackhawk Network and Marin Bikes groups and their immediate families, their agents, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
3. The opening date for entries is 00:01 on 13 May 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 19 May 2024. For the purposes of this prize draw, the period between the opening date and the closing date for the prize draw shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be counted.
4. Only one entry is allowed per person. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of 'script' or 'brute force', that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. That person will also be banned from any future participation in Blackhawk Network group promotions.
5. This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. To enter the prize draw, complete all details on the entry forms found at either cyclescheme.co.uk/prize-draw or blackhawknetworkextras.co.uk/prize-draws during the Promotional Period.
6. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering the prize draw, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for any resulting incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not qualify for the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer within 2 weeks of the end of the Promotional Period.
8. The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided on the prize draw entry form before 02 June 2024 and must agree to accept the prize and provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 working days of being notified of their win, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The winner will receive a Marin Fairfax e-bike RRP £1,595. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar specification and value as the prize.
10. The prize will be fulfilled by Marin (the “Supplier”) with its registered offices at 1450 Technology Lane, Suite 100, Petaluma, CA 94954, United States with WEEE Registration Number: DE 47208324. The Supplier will aim to fulfil prizes promptly but cannot and does not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to enquiries@bhnetwork.com within 28 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
14. Winners consent to the identification of themselves as the winner of the prize draw and publication of their name and photograph in any media.
15. By entering into the prize draw entrants are consenting to the Promoter processing and sharing their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://blackhawknetwork.com/uk-en/privacy.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants or winners or anyone associated with them or participating in any prize or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into the prize draw or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
